Mashovhela Lodge in the Soutpansberg Mountains of the Limpopo Province in South Africa has once again been recognised for its Responsible Tourism by receiving an Imvelo Award in the sub-category, Best Single Resource Management Programme – Energy.
Mashovhela Lodge in the Soutpansberg Mountains of the Limpopo Province in South Africa has been selected as a finalist in this year’s Imvelo Awards. Out of 209 category entries received only 23 businesses were selected as finalists.
Mashovhela Lodge, situated in the Soutpansberg Mountains of South Africa continues to win major awards and their latest achievement is the winning of the Best Lodge sub-category in this year’s South African Tourism’s Welcome Awards, that was announced last night at this year’s Indaba Travel Trade Exhibition in Durban.
The Welcome Awards recognizes tourism businesses, operations and individuals that not only act as excellent hosts, but also raise the levels of customer service and provide authentic South African experiences.
Mashovhela Lodge, which is situated in the Soutpansberg Mountains and is well known for its excellent pan-African cuisine, has won two categories in the annual Baobab Bush Banquet competition held at Ridgeway Independent School last Saturday night.
Amongst fierce competition and extremely high standards Mashovhela Lodge received two categories, namely; the Best Food & Wine Pairing and Best Waitron / Service Awards.
